Toy-Ventures: Fisher Price Adventure People Score!
Toy-Ventures set up at Ajax Collector Con this past weekend, and not only did I saw some fantastic vintage toys, but went home with something amazing. You won’t want to miss this if you’re a ’70s Fisher Price Adventure People fan.

Do you miss print toy magazines? I sure did; that’s why I created Toy Ventures. A full-colour print magazine that celebrates toys from the 1960s to the 1980s. It features collector guides, interviews and even some satire. We’re on issue 10 now but still have a limited supply of our back issues; please visit our Shop for more information.

Love it! I still have parts of my original set and let my daughters play with it in their pool and sand box when they were little. I would never spend that kind of money on a boxed one, because I want to open them and play with them (well, at least pose them and take pictures). But I did not remember that the boxes had stories and named the characters, so now I’ll have to start searching the interwebs for images.
Sea Explorer might be my favorite set. Or the TV van. Or the sub/helicopter. My first was the safari.
Glad you had a good time at the show.
