Bathtub Sailing

fisher price boatI’d really like to nominate the Fisher Price Boat pictured here as one of the greatest bathtub toys ever created. I realize there is no “bathtub toys hall of fame” but there should be, I’d visit!

We had one of these a few years ago. I think we ended up giving it to Salvation Army. It was in decent shape too, I just didn't have the energy to try and sell it. It did NOT have the people, and only had one chair.

Agreed on this being a hall-of-famer. I absolutely LOVED this toy as a kid. The lounge chairs, the diving board, the grill — c'mon!

I dug Fisher Price toys! I had a Holiday Inn play-set, and always coveted my friends McDonald's play-set!

I never had these cool-ass toys! I don't get it. Where were my folks buying my toys? Kids in school had that awesome Fisher Price Boat and the McDonald's. I never did. I think my parents finally got us a McDonald's from a garage sale but it was like missing all the cool stuff and was just a shell of the original toy.
