Another Vintage Star Trek Towel

A continuation from my “Star Trek Towel Day” post a couple of years back, here is another from Corey’s collection, a stunning illustration of Kirk and Spock here.

Apparently, there is more to be discovered as well, can’t wait.

Maybe it's the perspective, but the "upside down" portraits look markedly different from "right side up" ones.

In both cases Kirk appears to be wearing eye-shadow. If that wasn't weird enough, "right side up" Kirk looks vaguely like Corey Haim.

Now for the freaky part, as if Haim-Shatner wasn't enough… "upside down" Kirk is a very good bath-towel portrait of London After Midnight guitarist John Koviak, especially since John almost always wore his eye-shadow like that.
