The head mold for the walk Lively Steffie doll has been reused many times on several different dolls. I saw this in the book "30 Years of Mattel Fashion Dolls (1967-1997)."
It's the mold of my childhood Barbie (Quick Curl and one with pigtails) and for me it is THE Barbie face! Love it <3
