I’m deeply entrenched in Toy-Ventures issue 11 currently but while digging through scans I found this ad for Poppin Fresh puppets and it made me pause.

I know he’s just a corporate mascot but thanks to merchandising he’s also a childhood friend, my family had all of the characters. So I thought I’d revisit some of the appearances he’s made on this site.

Turns out I’ve featured these puppets before, not surprising, you tend to repeat yourself after 17 years.

Dude got around! Poppin Fresh was voiced by the iconic Paul Frees.
