Kenner Star Wars

Kenner Star Wars

It’s weird to think that there was a time where this page held 25% of all Star Wars merchandise in the world. This page is from a Shoprite catalog, this is where a lot of my toys came from as a kid.

Check out the capeless (and very expensive)new character.

pure awesomeness! curse all those shitty prequels George Lucas has so fallen from grace since those good ol days of the late 70s and 80s.

I get such a wonderful feeling of nostalgia from looking at ads like this. My toys were my friends. So many hours of great adventures with my Star Wars toys. I'll always cherish those memories.

It's a beautiful ad, and I have most of the Star Wars toys on that page. The large size action figures remain my favorite Star Wars items of all time.
The only Shoprite I knew back then was a supermarket (that still exists).
