Imperial Toys Clash of the Movie Monsters Set (sponsored link) —
Man, this toy gives me issues. On the one hand, the Imperial Universal Monsters might be well remembered by kids who have them, but I’ve always kind of hated them. I grew up with Lincoln Monsters, which I will admit were shoddily made, but I just found these clunky things depressing.
On the other hand, nothing but sincere love for Imperial Kong and Godzilla, OMG!
And then, you have to factor in how freaking awesome an idea this whole thing is. If I had seen this as a kid, it would have given me a panic attack about how to convince my mum to buy it for me.
Presto Magix 2 pack (sponsored link)–
I’ve been collecting Presto Magix for decades, and I’ve never seen these two packs before. I think I crossed over into the other reality from “Fringe.”
Fan-made Prop Replica of the Big Jim P.A.C.K Pistol (sponsored link) —
This is actually really tempting me, I don’t usually look at prop replicas much but this might find it’s way here. Then all I need is some gold pants and a turtle neck to complete the look.
Inflatable Movie Dalek (sponsored link) ––
I don’t know how I’ve never seen this before; this has me written all over it. Regular Daleks are childhood memories to me, but the movie Daleks are so darn stylish.
Flubs by Vic’s Novelty (sponsored link) —
The man who figured out how to make school supplies like erasers seem like toys was a genius. I’ve never heard of “Flubs,” but if a kid brought these to my grade school, I’d have been all over them.
I mainly know Vic’s as the company that repurposed the AHI Universal Monster Jigglers.
