Monster Jigglers!
October seems like the perfect month to show off the two newest additions to the AHI Super Monsters Gallery on the site. Above is of course, the Wolfman, which I almost didn’t get thanks to a spotty seller on ebay.
And the Mummy (these guys are hard to photograph) which I’d like to point out is a toy of Kharis, the Mummy played by Lon Chaney Jr and Tom Tyler and not Boris Karloff’s Imhotep. I don’t think that’s really important to many but it is to me. I don’t know why but I love big bloody splotches like this on Mummy toys.
These are cool. You can still buy similar monsters at most drug stores. I have Dracula, Frankenstein, Mummy, Wolfman, Creature From The Black Lagoon and Bride Of Frankenstein. I've seen them at Rite Aid, K-Mart and Walgreens.
WOW! My brother and I used to have an old green mummy of this type.I couldn't stand to touch it, it felt so vile.I think it was part of a GI Joe playset?
They look like characters from a Robot Chicken sketch.
It sounds good. But among the monsters my most favorite one is the Godzilla. I have huge collection of Godzilla Monster Toys with me.
