I actually own a Bulova LED watch. Works great, but drains batteries and weighs a ton. It's not at slick as Computron either… that thing's very special.
Does it wrap around the whole wrist? It looks like it doesn't.
Bet it's got a laser, a grappling line, and a gadget to listen through walls.
