The Witches Castle was a Sears exclusive (and now a pricey collectible) and was originally meant for the Super Knights toys. My local toy store put these in the same basket as the Superheroes, as a six year old boy they just couldn’t compete with Aquaman.

Gerry Anderson’s Thunderbirds was easily his most toyetic series and that was not lost on the Japanese. Even though the show was 14 years old in 1980, it didn’t stop Popy from creating some incredible diecast toys.
