The guy on the left is unbelievable. I think the thing that made me laugh the hardest was that, in addition to wearing a plaid suit, he’s got a window-pane pattern shirt on underneath it.
The shoes were a close second, though.

The guy on the left looks like the actor who played Chuck Norris’ friend in the Octogon
I think you're right, Anonymous. I looked up the Octogon and found an actor listed named Art Hindle, a character actor from The Octogon who was also one of the main police officers in Porky's. I do believe that's the same guy.
