Extremely poor advice. 😀 Such talk will hardly be complimentary. Unless, "everyone" includes hair-dressers, make up artists, theater directors, interior decorators, and a certain type of male nurse who tends to work in the shabbier elder-care facilities.
Sadly, it wasn't until the 39-inch debacle of 1979 that fashion designers finally realized the madness had to end.
