Knock-Off Mego Captain America

Capitano Patriato is a companion piece to the “Heroes Araignee” figure I featured a few months ago and one of my favourites.

It’s a GI Joe Knock Off wearing an unused Mego 12″ Captain America outfit and a smattering of 12″ military bric-a-brac found in many of these types of things.

Just like the Spider-Man KO, they didn’t sculpt a new head but merely added a paint mask to the existing figure. I have to say, the cap looks better than the Spider-Man in this case. If you squint, it looks like the Marvel Ultimates Captain America.
