PlaidStallions on Bootleg Safari
I was fortunate to be a guest on Aaron Reynold’s popular series “Bootleg Safari” this past weekend at Toronto Comic Con. We discuss lousy wax museums, getting blocked by William Shatner, copyright-infringing toys and the Roger Corman Fantastic Four. It is a real riot and I hope you enjoy.
Host Aaron Reynolds (Effin’ Birds, Swear Trek) is joined by Brian Heiler, author of Knock Off Toys and the Plaid Stallions website, for a look at bootlegged Wonder Women, the worst Lisa Simpsons, and a movie with an unexpected leprechaun in it. Plus, Brian answers some lingering questions about Mr. Rock.
You can stream past episodes of Bootleg Safari on bootlegsafari.com. You can also find it at youtube.com/@effinbirds.
