Wow, there is a lot to love here. The fact that it includes Thor is round, and now I want to see Thor fight Dr. Octopus for realsies. Also, where is he?

Star Trek Estes Rocket - 5 Awesome Things on eBay this week

Oh, I dreamed of these as a boy; they seemed everywhere, but as an adult, I never circled back. I think I have way too many hobbies.

Superfriends Pillow Case- 5 Awesome Things on eBay this wek

That first season of Super Friends, which I find hard to watch now, was a pretty big deal to 3-year-old me. I know the Flash had a cameo that year, but Hawkman and GL definitely weren’t on the show until later. I’m not sure I remember Albino Marvin, though.

Jumping Skulls Rack Toy- 5 Awesome things on eBay this week

Jumping Skulls display Box (Sponsored link)-

It’s another chapter of “Stuff that took my money as a kid” and I totally remember these things. I know they really don’t serve a purpose but if I saw this anywhere, i’d be tempted to buy all of them.

I remember the Rockets ads in the back of the comics ads, but never saw them in the stores. I did see the various AMT kits and bought a couple, and had the Remco Trek utility belt… but no rockets. Always thought I’d get one someday…. I agree, I have too many hobbies.

The Evel Knievel toothbrush looks awesome…. But weirdly, that big sticker makes the launcher look like something from the Bionic toy lines! Oh well, they were all Kenner!

Those skulls… never saw them, but I do remember having some other toy looking like them, from the green part to the spring to the base, so it must have been part of multiple cheap toys. Just can’t remember what the top part of my version of that toy looked like!

Thanks for the blast from a shared toy past!

Did you see that the Ben Cooper costume toys come with that very Super Friends pillowcase, in lieu of a trick or treat bag or bucket?
