Darth Vader/General Urko Bootleg Mashup (sponsored link) –

There is just such magic to cheap bootleg items that do mash-ups before we even knew what that was. I want this crappy thing more than air but I fall in love every week with something.

CB Lingo Jewellery (sponsored link) —

I vividly remember the CB fad, and it’s one of those things I’m amazed by. The plethora of merchandise likely landed just as the fad lost momentum had to be insane. However, this would have been killer irony wear for me in the 1990s. The ladies at the Orange Snail would have been all over me.

 

Ultraman water pistol (sponsored link) —

I featured this in Rack Toys because it’s such a fun piece, and I love Ultra-Man like a sibling. However, I’ve since lost the arms. It’s also so weird to add articulation to a water pistol….

 

Mr. Spock Carnival Mirror (sponsored link)

I’ve been able to resist carnival mirrors in my collecting but dang this one is slick as hell. Also, if you ever want a cheap laugh, type in “Mirror” in Facebook Marketplace and enjoy the photos of people’s messy homes.

Inflatable Pepsi Frankenstein (sponsored) —

All he wanted a Pepsi and Doctor Frankenstein wouldn’t give it to him. Did I post this to make that Suicidal Tendencies joke? No, I just chose that over the obvious Nick Cage joke. You can’t unsee it, you are very welcome.
