Marvel Comics Cup display from 1977 (eBay Affiliate Link) —

I’ve never heard of Koolee but that sure doesn’t matter, all nostalgia buttons pushed, what a cool time capsule!

Bootleg Planet of the Apes Mask display (eBay Affiliate Link) —

Stuff like this takes my breath away. Now, I don’t have the money required to own this, heckm  I’m not even sure I’d buy it I did. However, I have visited this listing every day for the past week, that display takes my breath away.

 

70s Gumball Machine Vending card with Gumby and Kamen Rider (eBay Affiliate Link) —

This is another rabbit hole I am very drawn to but am trying to avoid. This card contains two Kamen Rider figurines, which would have confused me as a kid. I ran into a Kamen Rider item as a teen, and I was obsessed with knowing more about these wonderful characters.

Nancy Birthday Party Favours by Madison Imports (eBay Affiliate Link) —

I not only enjoy the antics of Nancy and Sluggo (although I may like Little Lulu more) but also the weird toy company Madison Imports. They were also responsible for all those incredible toys based on the Shadow. As a kid, I only ever recall one party where I went home with a gift bag. It’s way more commonplace now I guess.

 

 

Cookie Monster Black  Velvet Painting (eBay Affiliate Link)—

This would be a great companion piece to that awesome Big Bird I posted a while back. The only Black Velvet paintings I seem to find are boats.
