Dral is the only human in the Star Raiders series, his head had previously been used as a Six Million Dollar Man knock off (See below) his costume is a direct swipe of another action figure, Mattel's Pulsar, who was also himself a bit of a knockoff of the Bionic Man, it's a vicious circle.
Dral is pretty tough figure to find in this series..
