I did it with Rack Toys and my first magazine but it really wasn’t that great. Amazon takes the lion’s share of the cost and the result is a rain of nickels every month. I did offer issue one as a digital download in my first campaign and it was less than 4% of sales. Even with the huge cut that diamond takes, the print version is more profitable and helps finance me keeping going.
