Oov was originally "The Fly" in the "Famous Monsters of Legend" line (although one wonders if 20th Century Fox got any licensing revenues from him) and was later renamed and shoved into Star Raiders. He is the least "spacey" character in the line wearing essentially a lab coat and street clothes. The artwork is from the The Savee Monster Coloring Book
