{"id":25447,"date":"2025-11-03T11:32:30","date_gmt":"2025-11-03T16:32:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/plaidstallions.com\/reboot\/?p=25447"},"modified":"2025-11-03T11:33:40","modified_gmt":"2025-11-03T16:33:40","slug":"i-found-the-hulk-i-met-as-a-kid","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/plaidstallions.com\/reboot\/i-found-the-hulk-i-met-as-a-kid\/","title":{"rendered":"I found the Hulk I met as a kid!"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><strong>I found my Hulk!<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>After decades of searching and posting about Superhero Mall Appearances, thanks to an excellent YouTube video (I&#8217;ve posted it below; it&#8217;s pretty amazing), this is the Incredible Hulk I met at the Whitby Mall Woolco as a kid in 1976.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Hulk&#039;s Non-Movie Appearances &amp; Costumes\" width=\"1170\" height=\"658\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Ap6HxRAJAeI?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><strong>As shown in the video, he was a large inflatable and actually dorkier than I remember.I recall he had an extension cord, and I could also see the man&#8217;s penny loafers underneath. How did I miss that porthole on his chest?
