It reminds me of my dad and grandfathers. They were hardworking blue collar guys who didn't give a rip about vanity. And they sure weren't going to blow what little cash they had on expensive bottles of colored stinky water. They just slapped on whatever we kids gave them at Christmas. The smell of Old Spice, Canoe, and English Leather instantly transports me to those days and brings back memories of my male role models.

The English Leather box had a cheap wood grain printed on the gift set for 'presentation.' Smelled spicy and awful, but not as bad as Old Spice.
