I had the kit as well but mine did not have the badge or extra sticker. It along with my other cool stuff disappeared in the infamous garage sale of 1979 🙁

Some (but obviously not all) photos in the membership kits were signed by Lee Majors himself… very, very cool of him. (He talks about it here: http://www.vanityfair.com/online/oscars/2010/11/bionic-man-lee-majors-does-not-like-bionic-sound-effects)

I have the fan club kit for both the six million dollar man and the bionic woman in original envelopes, they are both in 100 % mint shape, no discoloring what so ever. I received them in lot sale with about 30 other SMDM items.
I keep everything under glass out of the light.
Anyway, I just thought I would share this.

My brother had this. I didn't have a Steve Austin figure and wasn't interested in the club. I was loyal to my GI Joes and was content with my Atomic Man figure. However they often teamed up on missions 🙂
