					<description><![CDATA[Thanks for the post! I actually received the deluxe edition Shadow vehicle for Christmas the year it came out. I still have it although most of the little driving posts that went on the bottom are lost. I can&#039;t tell you if its a retool or anything other than I thought it was awesome. (I was aware of the Shadow back then as a kid due to my sister&#039;s Shadow paperback collection and my brother&#039;s Shadow comic book collection.)]]></description>

There was also a lot of Doc Savage merch around at the time. I think he may have been just a little too dark for people&#039;s sensibilities back then.]]></description>
