I loved these as a kid but I was always disappointed with the scale of the animals. The shark in “The Shark’s Surprise” was minuscule compared to Joe. Same for the tiger which was molded in a sitting pose, presumably so it would fit in the equally small cage.

I remember seeing a GI Joe jungle adventure that boasted a gorilla — cast from the same mold? — that was comically petite in relation to Joe.
