Richard Anderson plays an impressive ghoul in the TV movie 'The Night Strangler' (1973). This movie was a prequel to the one of my favorite TV series the "The Night Stalker" (1974-75) with Darren McGavin. The movie and series episodes are on Youtube. Ironically enough I watch the series episode with Richard Kiel as a Native American shape-shifter; he was in the news later that week with his passing away. Kiel was mostly remembered as the steel-toothed villian, "Jaws" in the James Bond films
