My mother hated the dog shirt and would hide it so he could not wear it to poker night. Alas, it was LUCKY and he would always find it. This went on for about 10 years, as I remember. Finally, she “ACCIDENTALLY” spilled an entire gallon of Clorox on it..thus ending the Dog Shirt Era. I used the same trick when my daughter brought home a tube top.
