Probably because these things were so small, they probably couldn’t have achieved the features as well as they did if the heads were to scale.

Didn’t matter anyway, I’m sure 9 times out of ten the Joker came out of his mold without a nose, or Batman missing an “ear”.

Robin’s legs sure look sexy though.
