					<description><![CDATA[I realize that this post is many years after the fact, but I can confirm that this was released during the 1970s, I&#039;ll say mid-70s as I had this as a child. I was born in 1971 and the Empire state building was pretty much as tall me, so I would have been 5 or 6 at least when I received it on a Christmas morning. ]]></description>
