SPIDER-MAN ACTIVATED SUPERHEROES COLLECTOR SET
Here is a rather mundane ad for Processed Plastic Company until you look a little deeper. In 1982, former king of Superhero merchandising merchandise Mego had gone belly up and somehow Processed plastics picked up the slack with their own Marvel comics Superhero figures.
I remember these "activated superheroes" being hawked in comics, I really wanted to buy them but also wanted to see them before I did. They remind me a lot of the Gulliver Superheroes from South America.
