1981 Norben Costumes Catalog

This catalog comes from Canada, namely Quebec, hence it's bilingual nature. Originally I believed it to be a Canadian distributor for Collegeville, hence the header but it's come to my attention that it's much more than that.

It seems that Norben distributed many lines into Canada including Ben Cooper, Collegeville and interestingly enough Topstone Masks.

The variety present makes this catalog one of the more interesting Halloween costume Catalogs I've reviewed here.
