1976 Child World Toy Flyer

Boy, this toy flyer from 1976 is the absolute sweet spot for me starting with Space:1999 mania in full swing and ending with the Mego Superheroes.
There is a lot to love here and special thanks for all of this goes to Robert Bruce for this awesome addition to the PlaidStallions archive.

I'm very fond of the brief time when Martin Landau ruled toy shelves, Space:1999's reign was brief but also awesome. That Eagle is one of the coolest toys ever made.

Oh man, Weebles and Remco McDonaldland playset, such memorable and iconic items.

Mego Star Trek, Kenner Stretch Armstrong and the amazing Remco Earthquake Tower playset. Bliss.

Hoppity Hop, what we now call "office ball chair".

I love Super Toe toys but never had any as a kid...

Cher and Vincent Price on the same page, why OK.

Telestar was the wave of the future! I need to get a sunken treasure game.

The Green Machine was the porsche of the cul-de-sac set growing up, I never got one.

This thing even ends on a wonderful high note of Mego Superheroes, the Lone Ranger and Six Million Dollar man. Somebody please tell me that they had the McDolands characters fight the superheroes at lease once as a kid..
